This is a pay-at-close program, which means there's no obligation or up-front cost. Once a deal closes, referral agent will credit buyer 25% of total commission

Demand from clients varies by market and time of year. You should receive an average of 1–2 clients every month

There are about 3 referral agents in each county

Question 5: How many counties can I cover?

We can assign up to 3 counties to each partner agent

Question 6: Will I receive both buyer and seller referrals?

Yes, although 90% of our referrals are buyers
